Note that Sunday afternoons and evenings are all that we usually have available. If you also want to be the speaker at our Sunday service on that day you should first check with our Speaker Coordinator, and then come back and fill out this form when you have your speaking date.

Most workshops start at 2:00 PM to give people time for lunch after the Celebration service. Be sure to include whatever time you need for setup and takedown.
Deposit/Facilitation Fee amount:
$
$10 per hour, $30 minimum. This is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. It is not a donation (unless you cancel within 30 days but prior to the day of the event) and will be used to compensate our facilitator for his or her time.

, and I agree to abide by them.
I will mail or otherwise convey my deposit to the Workshop Coordinator, per his or her instructions, as soon as I am notified that my workshop has been approved. I understand that there is no refund within thirty days of the workshop date.
I understand that a Celebration facilitator will be present on the premises during my workshop, and that he or she may choose to attend for free. I agree to pay any balance due The Celebration, based upon the percentage indicated above and any other agreements or arrangements that may have been made, to said facilitator at the end of the event. (The facilitator will have a remittance form and will give you a receipt.)
I understand that it is my responsibility to promote this event and that The Celebration makes no representation or commitment as to how many of its members might or might not choose to attend.
