Ann Filemyr-Purpose, Personal Destiny & Passion: How What We Love Makes Us Who We Are

Dr. Ann Filemyr, Ph.D. is an educator, poet and facilitator of both personal and organizational transformation. For two decades, she served as the apprentice of the late Keewaydinoquay, an Ojibwe herbal medicine woman, and learned to lead traditional ceremonies, including stories, songs, prayers, plant medicines and healing ceremonies that support right relations between all living beings. She has had a distinguished career in higher education and is currently Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean at Southwestern College. She has published six books of poetry, most recently, Love Enough.
