It’s strange that we try so hard to be ourselves and never ask what we mean by “ourselves.” When we turn our eyes on ourselves, what do we find? We say “I feel good about myself.” But what are we feeling good about? “I’ve gotta be me.” But again, what is ME? Doug is a certified Awakening Coach who helps people dissolve the blocks that stand in the way of living fully and deeply. He writes articles for Lightworkers World and Spiritual Wisdom magazines and for his own website dougwebbcoach.com. He is an artist, musician, designer and all around good guy. Art at Webbworks.tv, music at dougwebbband.com.
Doug has lived in the Southwest all his life & in Santa Fe for 40 of those years. For 12 years he lived in El Paso, where he developed a love of Mexican culture & its ancient history. An urban refugee from Denver, he moved here seeking a deeper relationship with the earth & the healing traditions of the indigenous cultures of the region. One of those traditions is to “return the gift” of life, which he strives to do through the service learning program “Earth Walks,” founded 25 years ago. But something unexpected happened along the way: as he met the wonderful people of this area & experienced their empowering traditions, he discovered his own cultural, ethnic & spiritual heritage as a Fire Klan member of the Scottish Highlands. Doug will share some of this multicultural journey thru music, words & images. For more about this journey visit www.earthwalks.org

Ted will share some things he’s learned from his lifelong exploration of spiritual awakening, especially how consciousness evolution is intimately linked with all domains of personal development. Ted’s interest grew out of studying human nature and grew through teaching Transcendental Meditation in his 20s. After decades of further exploration and teaching many forms of human development, he became a Senior Teacher with Waking Down, helping thousands to awakening deeply in consciousness, embodiment, and relationships. He and his business partner have developed a model of conscious human development that is now being taught in a university and is also being used in Artificial Intelligence. They are currently developing software and digital resources to help millions awaken and bring their own gifts to the world.
Ted and his wife Hillary moved to Santa Fe this past December and are happy to be part of the Celebration community.
Many paths have become aware that the Universe behaves in part based on “laws”, and in part based on behaviors. Light is sometimes a particle, and sometimes a wave. Things in the universe do not always behave according to the “laws” of the universe as we know them. This is why we continue to explore what the laws and nature of the universe are, and how they work. It is simple in some cases to predict the future, and utilize that information to our advantage. In other cases, it is much more difficult. Humans have quite an interest in the future and possible outcomes. It has effected our hunting, our farming, our very survival. Then there is art, and music, and the magic of life. What place do these things have in the dance with the universe? Is the universe an aware and even cooperative entity? Is there a God and/or Goddess? Is each person part of this? Read more
