Dianne is a long time ‘Celebration-ista’ who has served the community in many capacities over many years. She has produced the weekly online and print Gazettes for many years, has served on council a number of times, as well as various and sundry other things. The spring equinox is a very special time of year for Dianne. Energetically it’s all about renewal, and personally it’s Dianne’s birth date, which she has always enjoyed. Dianne reserves the Sunday closest to the equinox and her birthday every year to do her talk at The Celebration. This year, for personal reasons, she had to move it to the 29th but hey, that’s close enough!
Over twenty years ago a hundred year old cottonwood tree in Colorado shared its profound and humorous advice with Ilan Shamir. In his unique drumming and storytelling style, he will share with us the beauty and wisdom of this old tree and how we can go beyond our perceived limitations to manifest a life of creativity and prosperity.
After tiring of the corporate world of inventing candy for Willy Wonka and marketing for 7UP during the wildly successful “UNCOLA” days of the early 1970’s, Ilan Shamir turned his talents to nature. After a 40 day solo on foot across Iceland to walk away from a life that no longer fit him, he created the “Advice from Nature” series found in most national parks and thousands of stores around the country. Ilan is also a writer, silk artist and creator of the “Poetry in Motion” truck seen around Santa Fe. His websites are www.ilanshamir.com and www.yourtruenature.com

Doug Webb is an Awakening Coach, and guides people into deeper states of consciousness in which they can directly experience the Self, not as mind, experience or even spirituality, but as that which precedes all. It is easy to release held feeling, beliefs and trauma from such a state, and Doug is highly skilled at facilitating these Moments of Awakening.
Doug is also a visionary artist whose work looks at the fabric of Human Experience with the multi-layered essence of our perceptions, thoughts, feelings and archetypes acting as clues to our Being. His path has been one of Awakening and portraying that Awakening in images, writings, and music, all serving the Radiant Core of the Universe.
And last but not least, Doug is a singer/songwriter/guitar player extraordinaire. We see him (almost) every week in The Celebration Band.
