Elizabeth Prosapio-I Blame It All on My Dad

My artistic talent was recognized early by my Father but barely encouraged. Refusing to acknowledge my scholastic achievements, discouraging me from a college education in the sciences, he sent me to a junior college where he chose fine arts, suitable for a girl, as my course of study. His sexism and dismissal of my intelligence and my inability to stand up for myself, ultimately led to my art becoming my pathway to the Divine. I have lived my own life by my own design since graduating from college. My artistic pursuits have always come first and making a living was always in support of creative freedom. I have painted signs, designed wearable art, built my own house, created a successful sheet steel sculptural art business, had notoriety as a fine artist and was blessed with inspiration to create Psychic Soul Portraiture for the last 29 years. www.soulface.net
